American security contractors walking thin line in Gaza
Former private soldiers say this new way of war — unofficial boots on the ground — could go sideways, while giving governments political cover
The notion of sending private contractors to Gaza has been floated numerous times, to mixed-to-poor reviews. Last year, National Security expert Peter Singer dismissed the cause as “not even half baked.” More recently, a retired military official told RS it was a “bad, bad idea.” Even Washington Post columnist David Ignatius described the concept as “potentially controversial.”
Despite the disquiet, U.S. private contractors are ultimately going to Gaza to work on checkpoint and security maintenance as part of a multinational consortium created pursuant to the recent ceasefire and hostage deal. The consortium, according to Axios, is to facilitate Palestinians’ return to north Gaza while preventing possible weapons flow in the same direction.
Two American contracting outfits are involved. The first, Safe Reach Solutions (SRS) drew up operational plans for a key checkpoint between southern and northern Gaza. The second, UG Solutions, has been assigned to help staff it — company emails say that armed guards will carry out “internal vehicle checkpoint management and vehicle inspection[s]” there.
For this mission, UG Solutions is offering a daily rate of at least $1,100 to personnel (at least 100) it sends to the enclave — along with a $10,000 advance. Contractors have reportedly already been deployed.

The few Palestinians remaining in the area are being forcibly evacuated, homes and infrastructure have been destroyed, and wide roads in the area are being built and completing the separation of the communities in the northern Strip from the center of Gaza City. “The area looks like it was hit by a natural disaster,” Haaretz military correspondent Yaniv Kubovich concluded after a tour with Israeli forces there last week.
What Kubovich saw, however, was not a natural disaster but rather a premeditated act of human destruction. A senior IDF officer, identified by London’s The Guardian newspaper as Brig. Gen. Itzik Cohen, the commander of the 162nd Division, explained to reporters: “There is no intention of allowing the residents of the northern Gaza Strip to return to their homes.”

The officer said the vast majority of residents of the area’s communities (Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, Al-Attatra, Jabalya) have already evacuated. “We received very clear orders,” the officer said. “My task is to create a cleansed space. … We are moving the population for its protection, in order to create freedom of action for our forces.”
The officer was asked if the army is carrying out the “Generals’ Plan” conceived by Maj. Gen. (ret.) Giora Eiland and a few of his fellow retired commanders to expel the Palestinians from the northern Gaza Strip while withholding humanitarian aid from and starving those who remain, who would be considered Hamas militants and therefore legitimate military targets. “I don’t know what the Generals’ Plan is, I have no idea what it is,” the other replied, “We are acting on the instructions of the [IDF’s] Southern Command and chief of staff.”

State Dept. Plans New $7 Billion Arms Sale to Israel
This comes as President Trump talks up an ethnic cleansing plan for the Gaza Strip
The State Department has formally notified Congress of its plans for a massive arms sale to Israel worth over $7 billion, including thousands of missiles and bombs, the Associated Press reported on Friday. This follows Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Washington DC this week and Donald Trump’s announcement that the US will “own” Gaza after it is ethnically cleansed of its indigenous Palestinian population.
Per the State Department, Congress was notified of two separate sales, one is worth $6.75 billion. This first sale includes 2,800 500-pound bombs and 166 small-diameter bombs, along with thousands of guidance kits, fuses, bomb components, and other equipment. Deliveries of these bombs would begin later this year. The other package, worth $660 million, includes 3,000 Hellfire missiles and related equipment. Deliveries for this second arms sale are expected to take place by 2028. According to the AP, the use of these missiles will require the IDF to receive supplemental training by the US military.
Officials from the Joe Biden administration informally made Congress aware of the sale last month, at the time they said some of the weapons could be sent from current Pentagon stockpiles but most of the arms would take at least a year, or more likely several years, to deliver.

DC Leaks emails show how Soros ran US foreign policy in post-coup Ukraine and bankrolled anti-Russian media throughout Europe
A tranche of some 2500 Internal documents, mostly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point files, as well as pdf files, from George Soros's Open Society Foundation (OSF) network of non-governmental organizations, which were obtained from the group «DC Leaks», shows that Soros and his advisers lorded over US policy toward Ukraine after the 2014 coup supported by Soros and the Obama administration ousted the democratically-elected Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych and his government. The leaked Soros documents describe how the OSF and Soros's International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), based at 46 Artema Street in Kiev, worked with the US State Department after the 2014 so-called «Euromaidan» themed revolution to ensure that a federalized Ukraine was not in the picture.
In addition to George Soros (identified as «GS» in the leaked OSF documents) others involved in the Ukrainian coup planning included US ambassador to Kiev Geoffrey Pyatt; David Meale (Economic Counselor to Pyatt); Lenny Benardo (OSF); Yevhen Bystrytsky (Executive Director, IRF); Oleksandr Sushko (Board Chair, IRF); Ivan Krastev (Chairman, Centre for Liberal Studies, a Soros- and US government-influenced operation in Sofia, Bulgaria); Sabine Freizer (OSF); and Deff Barton (Director, US Agency for International Development (USAID), Ukraine). USAID is a conduit for the Central Intelligence Agency. Soros was present at a post-coup meeting on March 21, 2014 that involved US support for the «New Ukraine». One document describes the «New Ukraine» as a key measure to «reshapes the European map by offering the opportunity to go back to the original essence of European integration».
Soros pushed for sanctions against Russia for refusing to recognize the coup-installed government headed by Arseniy Yatsenyuk, which included neo-Nazis, and rejected a federalized Ukraine that would grant self-government to the Russian-speaking eastern Donbass region. In effect, Soros vetoed a proposal by Pyatt to negotiate a proposal made by the Russian Foreign Minister that would grant autonomy to eastern Ukraine within a federalized Ukraine. Soros rejected the proposal because he believed it would grant Russia too much influence in Ukraine. Although Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland did not attend the March 21 meeting, she remained close to Pyatt and Yatsenyuk, who she affectionately called «Yats». In the end, the Obama administration rejected a federalized Ukraine and gave its full support to the unilateralism of Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko and his puppet master Soros.
It should be of no surprise that earlier this year, Pyatt was moved from Kiev as ambassador to Athens. One Soros document calls for the need to combat «Russlandversteher», German for «Russia understanding», throughout Europe, particularly in Greece with its history of close cultural and religious relations with Russia. The Soros OSF document calls for a concerted effort in Greece to influence public opinion against Russia and for the Ukrainian coup government. Proposed is an anti-Russian and pro-Ukrainian propaganda operation directed against newspapers, ten «audiovisual outlets» (TV and radio), six Internet sites in Greece, and «about 50 opinion leaders» present on Greek social networks. Greek newspapers targeted for participation in the Soros anti-Russia campaign included «Kathimerini, Avgi, Ta Nea, Vima, Efymerida Syntakton, Eleutherotypia, Proto Thema, and Rizospastis». The Greek-Russian Chamber of Commerce in Athens was also targeted for inclusion in the Soros propaganda operation. Similar anti-Russian and pro-Ukrainian coup government media influence operations were proposed for Italy, Spain, and France. The reasoning was to counter any movement to support the status quo ante in Ukraine by the SYRIZA, Podemos, and Five Star Movement parties in Greece, Spain, and Italy, respectively. This Soros strategy was referred to as «debate mapping».

The Effects of Pulsed Microwaves and Extra Low Frequency Electromagnetic Waves on Human Brains? Governments Routinely “Classify Information” Pertaining to the Manipulation of the Human Nervous System
In the year 1962 the American scientist Allan H. Frey carried out experiments with pulsed microwaves, which produced clicking, buzz, hissing or knocking sounds in the heads of people at a distance of up to several thousands yards. In his report, he also wrote that with the change of parameters he can produce pins and needles sensation or perception of severe buffeting in the head and claimed that this energy “could possibly be used as a tool to explore nervous system coding… and for stimulating the nervous system without the damage caused by electrodes“ (see this).
In other words, Allan Frey was on the path to finding the way how to manipulate the human nervous system at distance. This was quickly understood by the U.S. Government. For the next two decades Frey, funded by the Office of Naval Research and the U.S. Army, was the most active researcher on the bioeffects of microwave radiation in the country. Frey caused rats to become docile by exposing them to radiation at an average power level of only 50 microwatts per square centimeter. He altered specific behaviors of rats at 8 microwatts per square centimeter. He altered the heart rate of live frogs at 3 microwatts per square centimeter. At only 0.6 microwatts per square centimeter, he caused isolated frogs’ hearts to stop beating by timing the microwave pulses at a precise point during the heart’s rhythm (see this and this).
In 1975, Allan Frey published his research on blood-brain barrier in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, where blood-brain barrier (protecting brain from poison entering it together with blood) of rats, illuminated by pulsed radiofrequency, allowed dye to penetrate into their brains. His findings were confirmed by 13 different laboratories in 6 countries and with the use of different animals.
In 2012, Allan H. Frey wrote an article where he described how the American Brooks Air Force falsified his experiment by selecting a contractor, who injected the dye into the intestines instead of into the blood, and in this way made sure that the dye will not appear in the brain. This was supposed to help the U.S. Air Force to obtain the aproval of people to build radars in their vicinity. According to Frey, the same Brooks Air Force Base later tried to “discredit unclassified research in the microwave area” in order to cover “a classified microwave-bio weapons program.”
Allan Frey concluded: “funding for open microwave-bio research in the United States was essentially shut down.” For that matter the general public (in the whole world) does not know anything about the possibility to control their brain activity at distance by the effects of pulsed microwaves on their nervous system until now.
In March 2021, the American scientist James C. Lin wrote an article on Havana syndrome, where he wrote that this trouble caused to American diplomats and government agents in Cuba and elsewhere, was most probably produced by pulsed microwaves (see this).
On December 5 2020 the U.S. Academy of sciences published a study on Havana syndrome, where it stated:
“Overall, directed pulsed RF (radio frequency) energy, especially in those with the distinct early manifestations, appears to be the most plausible mechanism in explaining these cases among those that the committee considered.”
