Trump is a Christian, so why would a Catholic Pope who is the head of a different religion from Trump, call into question Trump’s Christian faith, saying that maybe Trump isn’t a real Christian? How would a CATHOLIC Pope know anything about a CHRISTIAN’s faith in Jesus, since it’s a totally different religion? Trump said he was VERY surprised to see that the Pope would do such a thing, calling into question Trump’s faith in Jesus. President Donald J. Trump then responded to the Catholic Pope’s comment saying, “I AM a Christian and I’m proud of it! For a religious leader to question a person’s faith is DISGRACEFUL! I’m proud to be a Christian and as President, I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and weakened unlike what is happening now.”
