Judge Ken Gonzales of Las Cruces, NM blocks deporting Venezuelans to Guantanamo

I was going to post some stuff from the Wayback Machine that I know for a fact exists (because I was the author….) But to my surprise, the posts related to a criminal trial when Gonzales was a US Attorney for NM are gone……..

They were there just 2 years ago, when I shared with, well I'd rather not say right now.

Getting an HTTP 302 error on the entire day by day coverage of that trial (weeks) of a case related to Fast and Furious, as well as what happened afterwards - Brady & Giglio Violations (that the USA Gonzales tried to prevent the public from knowing about, which was thwarted thanks to this anon…

What nobody except the defense lawyers and the defendants, plus anon knows, is what anon uncovered that would have tossed the entire case out. (Safeguarded with multiple dead-man switches if I get suicided.) The only reason it didn't come out was the defendant's had run out of money and had to use public defenders, and would have had to pay the government back (allegedly) the costs of the public defense, so they didn't pursuit. The only evidence that actually existed was ALTERED.

When Gonzalez went in front of the judge to BEG him to throw out the large public audience, the Judge didn't even acknowledge him.

Later, I tried to get this information to the DOJ IG, but of course that was when Obama was still in office.

I wish I wasn't so tied up with other matters, as what was going on back then needs to be exposed.

Anon opinion is that his reward for prosecuting that Fast and Furious related case was a Federal Judge.

Once the jury returned the verdict, bam he got his nomination.

The original defense attorneys were PISSED. They knew this guy.

Hmmm, treason. Maybe I should dig out the old files and pass the info on to Bondi. It's an old case, and I think the statutes have passed, but……..

Every prosecutor in that case should have been fired. And the judge in the original case also called them out for doing the same thing in "the Colorado case", (name of that case never learned).

Maybe it's time to finish writing that book.
