Archaeologyfag here, this is a combination of Phoenician and Kemetic with some Egyptian characters.
Top: "Eye"/"Mouth"/"Soul" (or heart)
"The road to imprisonment" or "The way" (left)
Not sure what the middle right character is but the "F" looking characters are "Man" so it something to do with man "Above" and "Below"
The "Eye" in the upsidedown triangle on the right is obvious.
