You don't need to stop it, they don't have the authority, you need to step in front of a microphone and aske WTF they think they are? The only court who is even remotely w/in reach of the executive is the US Supreme Court. The lower courts opinion in this matter is 'moot'. POTUS should carry on and ignore it, there is no time to play their games, this is war.
