Yep. Noticed many times over the years that whenever a budget bill was passed, or whenever the Ukraine received funds, that the shills seemed to find enthusiasm to continue their bullshit here. Their posting is contingent upon being paid, forced visibility, compelled listening, and obfuscation to give the illusion of consensus and a farce of plausible deniablility.
