Anon has many theories with what is going on here. The entire board was scripted so that these numbers which both in q posts, post numbers and us code and statues cannot be changed. They posts are a frame work, shills bots etc could never have used those post numbers.

take the last three numbers, use a search engine with say for McCain post "us code 955" and "us code 656"

Look at results, see plausible deniability and then paint a picture.
