The Judicial branch has no power over the Executive branch. Literally zero. Any ruling the Judicial branch makes relies on the voluntary cooperation of the Executive branch to enforce.
That's not true at all. They have no police and no foot soldiers of their own to order. The executive branch can simply ignore them.
