Actually fairly easy to fix:

1. Public accountability

2. Legally prevent anyone owing foreign allegiance (aka BAR accreditation) from EVER serving in any public office ever again.

Make the laws READABLE again and get blacks law our of it.

Have REGULAR people handed the laws and get a jury of the accused peers and have a trial.

This idea of even remotely considering doing anything but deporting or hanging lawyers is short sighted, IMO. They have ruined the US and continue to do so again without penalty.
