We the People retain and reserve our rights. Our rights are not optional. Our rights are above government, they are above the US Supreme Court, and they are above every member of law enforcement.
I decide if I exercise my rights, not government. I decide if I want to comply and give ID, not government.
I decide if I want to face being arrested and charged because I believe the stop is unlawful, not government.
If I'm wrong, I choose to face the consequences.
This bullshit of not telling us why we've been stopped first is removing the choice, which is our RIGHT.
