Is this the reason Jamie Raskin is so vocal about Elon Musk/DOGE?

Jamie Raskin's wife worked in positions at the Federal Reserve and Treasury Depts during the Obama administration. She received $1.5 Million as part of a special 'Reserve Trust' (unclear as to why), and the monies were transferred via a special process that does not go through the banking systems.

Holy shit, the Fed has a backdoor way to move money without any other eyes on it!!

A few days ago we heard Treasury Secretary Bessent say that all the Treasury systems are controlled by the Federal Reserve. He has no ability to modify the code.
