Girls can't get 6 pack abs without hardcore dedication to many workout routines. Men can do this much easier because they don't naturally carry as much fat. If Ellen was this ripped, her arms and everywhere else would be monstrously muscular. 6 pack abs and literally nothing going on in the pecks or neck.
