Those are the ones that hold the power, the wives and families of these corrupt politicians, start arresting them and leave the highly visible and guilty ones to face the public. The little guys they depend on to fix things, start arresting them very silently.

If you do it right now, they won't have a leg or anything to stand on when presented with the facts. Do it fast and hard so they don't have a chance to run or assemble a defense.
