Perhaps a lawfag can explain something to me. AG Pam Bondi said yesterday that she has "Filed Charges" against the humanoids Kathy Hochul, Letitia James and some other DMV fuck I've never heard of.

Then I've also heard from others that she has "Filed Suit" against the blights in NY.

There is a big difference between filing charges and filing suit. If AG Bondi is filing charges against these 3 then she is bringing criminal charges against them. If she has just filed suit then she is civilly suing these criminals. To top it all off, I heard another talking head say that it was neither.

Kathy Hochul, Letitia James and the other fuck have broken so many laws not only in their state but Federally in their quest to aid and abet every fucking crime, every fucking illegal alien has committed. Everything from petty theft to murder. You don't sue someone who has broken the law. You bring a criminal indictment against them, arrest them and hold them for trial.

Title 18 USC 242 Deprivation of RIghts Under Color of Law is a law that is aimed squarley at elected and appointed officals who use the power of their elected positions to deprive any citizen of their God given rights under the Constitution. The law carries the "death penalty" if the acts of an offical caused the death of a citizen.

Is Kathy Hochul etal………..exempt from the laws of the land because they were either elected or appointed? Can they just do WETF they want with zero criminal consequences?
