I mean most people are forced to pay through their employers. Even if they don't file they're usually paying more than they're required to. And even if they're not the IRS probably factors in deductions most people don't take or know about before going after somebody. On top of that they probably check to see if you own anything worth taking. There aren't many people left to go after after all that.

The government puts conditions on the relationship based on finances. The prenup is just to help remove those. You don't think women ever manipulate or trick men? Some women fake love and respect to get men to sign their life away, have their fun, and then take them to the cleaners and to get a paycheck for up to the rest of their life. It's the only reason I kind of support making prostitution legal, then some of these women don't have to pretend to be marriage material anymore. There are women out there who try to find well off men just to get knocked up for a paycheck with no designs on a relationship of any sort.

There was even a news article at one point covering some girl who lived in Manhattan who got knocked up some 8 times for the child support from different daddy's. I actually met a girl at a night club once that did that kind of thing.

The law exists before the relationship to fuck men and enrich the government. The prenup exists before the relationship to remove some of the fucking. You're doing some serious mental gymnastics to try and argue your point.

The founding fathers wanted people to own guns to protect them from the government. A prenup is the same thing. The founding fathers would have been 100% against child support or family courts, so it never would have been a thing for them.
