I believe the U.S. Supreme Court case involving President Trump's taxes set the important precedent for just this thing, Anon.

President Trump took all the slings and arrows for us in order to establish a number of other important precedents that will be vital to maintaining the new government of the people, by the people, and for the people, i.e., the government for which we are all fighting.

I made a list of other precedents that President Trump helped set for the future of this country:

PRECEDENTS ESTABLISHED BY PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

• Presidents and former Presidents can be forced to reveal tax and business records

• Presidents and former Presidents can be impeached

• Presidents and former Presidents lose attorney-client privilege

• Presidents and former Presidents lose executive privilege

• Presidents and former Presidents can be forced to release private phone records and text messages

• Presidents and former Presidents can be subpoenaed by partisan committees

• Presidents and former Presidents can have their homes raided by the FBI

• Presidents and former Presidents lose their First Amendment right to free speech

• Vice President no longer has authority to question the validity of disputed electoral votes

• Presidents and former Presidents lose the right to a jury trial

• The losing party no longer has authority to submit contingent electors when results are disputed

Now every Attorney General, at both the state and federal level, can use the new presidents to go after the criminals in government.
