Tranyelle Harshman, from the US state of Wyoming, reportedly called emergency services to report that her four daughters had been shot in her home.

The 32-year-old told the 911 dispatcher where the girls were located in the house before abruptly cutting off the call.

The dispatcher had reportedly tried to keep Harshman on the phone, but she told them it was “too late”, and hung up.

ANALYSIS: Trump issues critical foreign policy changes impacting RICO crimes in important, distinct and nuanced ways.

Have you spent any time on President Donald J. Trump’s revamped White House page for news? Putting aside any deep dive into the details in lieu of a simple scroll down the page from one headline to the next begins to read like the schematics to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. There is a significant caveat to MAGAing, though, and it’s this: Before anyone can MAGA, one must determine what it was that MADE AMERICA TERRIBLE. The answer to that question is multifaceted but some domains are in strata layers more important than others. Things like decades-long Chinese infiltration of US agencies, departments and institutions; the resulting cultural Marxism propagated in the form of any acronym, agency or policy in the form of “diversity, equity and inclusion,” Critical Race Theory, Black Lives Matter, “systemic racism” or anything else that turns the Civil Rights movement and Constitutional protections on their heads to facilitate race-based determinations for anything like jobs, entitlements, etc.; and of course an illegitimate President beholden to all of it, like Joe Biden. One of those things found in the top tier of strata is FOREIGN POLICY and it’s examined here with regularity.

Yesterday, President Trump issued ‘One Voice for America’s Foreign Relations,’ which was summarized in the corresponding Fact Sheet to state, “A UNIFIED VOICE FOR AMERICA’S FOREIGN RELATIONS: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order establishing one clear, unified voice for America’s foreign relations.”

This action by President Trump constitutes a major and significant course correction in order to restore the nation back to its constitutional framing and functioning as a Republic.

The very simple explanation for that is this, which opens the Pandora’s Box of historically unprecedented RICO crimes that we have been analyzing for years: The architects of RICO crimes leveraged the federal apparatus and their jurisdictions and authorities therein to build constructs for the commission of enterprise fraud in foreign nations where the profits of those crimes were sourced from US taxpayer dollars, laundered and received back by the same RICO criminals that allocated the funding and created the circumstances to justify the allocation.

In other words, they faked a “pandemic” to steal an “election” to install Joe Biden who picked a fight with Russia [Ukraine] to justify allocating $177 billion in U.S. aid that capitalized on the preceding regime change operations [2014 Euromaidan Revolution and the installation of Volodymyr Zelensky as President of Ukraine] to launder the money [at least $102 billion] and through the complex strata of public:private interfaces, shell corporations and NGOs, received back that money in-part in the form of “campaign donations.”

These RICO criminals exported their fraud to foreign nations that they hijacked in order to avoid criminal jurisdiction at home.

They exported the criminality, generated the profits, laundered those profits and sent the profits back home to themselves.

That all began with FOREIGN POLICY.

Explained: THE KEYSTONE OF CORRUPTION.

RICO EXPLAINED

For deeper understanding, a review of the explanation for RICO is provided at the bottom.

Lenses are required to properly frame this examination of foreign policy and its importance to RICO crimes and so, let’s make a pair of glasses with this as the first lens:

Testimony by Michael Shellenberger for a hearing on “Eliminating Waste by the Foreign Aid Bureaucracy” before the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

Mr. Shellenberger: «I think it is important to understand that USAID saw this in a very comprehensive way. It is important, if we look at the case of Hunter Biden's laptop, which is an extremely important case, to understand that the FBI was instrumentalized and used the Aspen Institute to brainwash the entire press. They not only censored the information but also changed the perception of the laptop. They created the idea that it was something different from what it obviously was.

And that is what these groups are trying to do. These are information operations, and USAID has been in the process of taking control of so-called independent investigative media around the world while simultaneously training NGOs to demand censorship.

For example, Mr. Aaron's organization has been working to train organizations in secretly identifying supposed disinformation. It's one thing to publicly criticize someone, which we should all do, but this practice of acting covertly and in secrecy… That is not an open democracy.

This idea of going out and secretly flagging information to then demand censorship is a complete aberration. That is not what our nation stands for.

To be clear, are you saying that USAID, according to your research, is involved in this "prebunking" strategy, similar to what they used with the laptop story in the fall of 2020?

Yes, and it is exactly the same approach, where many times what they do, for example, with USAID and OCCRP, is filter intelligence from intelligence agencies.

Yes, it's terrifying. And not like WikiLeaks, where they simply published everything, perhaps without enough redactions. "They strategically filter it and then manipulate media like The Guardian and The New York Times to publish certain stories and control the entire investigative news process."

VA Fires 1,000 Employees as Part of Trump's Trimming of the Federal Workforce

More than 1,000 Department of Veterans Affairs employees were fired this week as part of efforts by President Donald Trump and presidential adviser Elon Musk to slash the size of the federal government.

The VA announced Thursday that roughly 2.3% of its "probationary" workforce those who competed for jobs but had less than a year at the VA or employees appointed to specific positions without going through the standard federal hiring process and have served less than two years were dismissed effective immediately.

VA officials did not say what roles the employees filled but added that most of the department's 43,000 probationary workers are exempt from federal workforce reductions because they serve in "mission critical" positions.

"At VA, we are focused on saving money so it can be better spent on veteran care,” VA Secretary Doug Collins said in a statement Thursday. “We thank these employees for their service to VA. This was a tough decision, but ultimately it's the right call to better support the veterans, families, caregivers and survivors the department exists to serve."

The VA has almost 450,000 employees, nearly 92% of whom work in health care and health administration and support services.

In separate moves, the VA announced Jan. 23 that more than 300,000 positions at the department were exempt from a federal hiring freeze announced Jan. 20 and more than 130 job categories are not eligible for the deferred resignation program offer issued by the Office of Personnel Management on Jan. 28.

The department estimates that the dismissal of probationary workers will save more than $98 million per year, which it will "redirect … back toward health care, benefits and services for VA beneficiaries," according to a news release. In fiscal 2023, the VA’s budget was nearly $304 billion, including mandatory spending such as disability payments and pensions.

The Office of Personnel Management's directive to dismiss personnel across government agencies who had not yet gained civil servant employment protections has affected an unknown number of federal workers.

The Trump administration also has targeted some agencies for personnel cuts beyond just new workers, however, starting with the U.S. Agency for International Development on Feb. 3 and the Department of Education this week.

This week, OPM also cut all non-union employees from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, including the entire staff of seven at the agency's Office of Servicemember Affairs, although some may have submitted their resignations under the OPM's deferred resignation program.

In addition to the provisional personnel cuts, the VA also appears to be canceling contracts for research on veteran suicide, opioid addiction, cancer and illnesses related to burn pits.

Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., a member of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee, said Thursday the administration has stopped honoring term limits for researchers and has been dismissing them, a move that will hurt veterans and "red and blue states."

"I'm hearing from longtime VA researchers in my home state of Washington who are right now being told to immediately stop their research and pack their bags not because their work isn't desperately needed, but because Trump and Elon have decided to fire these researchers on a whim," Murray said in a statement. "Americans should understand by now when it comes to these kinds of indiscriminate cuts and arbitrary mass firings Trump and Elon have no idea what they are doing, nor do they care who they hurt in the process.”

==Court Orders Justice Department to Commit on Releasing Biden Audio Tapes

Judicial Watch Sues Justice Department Again Over Hunter Biden Investigation Cover-Up CBP Agent Charged with Smuggling, Trafficking in Major Cartel Corridor==

Court Orders Justice Department to Commit on Releasing Biden Audio Tapes

A federal court ordered the Department of Justice to declare whether it intends to continue denying our request for the full audio of former President Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

We hope the Trump Justice Department accepts what seems like an invitation from a federal court to end the Biden regime’s cover-up of Biden’s apparent dementia.

Judge Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia wrote:

In light of the recent change in administration, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant shall, by February 19, 2025, file a status report confirming that its position outlined in its [34] Motion for Summary Judgment and [46] Memorandum in Opposition remains unchanged.

We filed the first FOIA lawsuit and are the lead plaintiff asking for the Biden audio recordings of his interviews in Special Counsel Hur’s criminal investigation of Biden’s theft and disclosure of classified records (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:24-cv-00700)).

This lawsuit has already forced the Biden administration to confess that the transcripts of the audio recordings have been altered and are not accurate.

The then-Biden Justice Department fought to keep the audio recordings secret and asked the court to ignore precedent and rewrite FOIA law. The former Biden agency demanded that a law enforcement/executive privilege exemption be rewritten to help Joe Biden; wants to change FOIA law to protect (after 50 years of being a politician) President Joe Biden’s privacy in his voice; and sought to potentially end FOIA with a new argument that the possible “AI” alteration of the Hur recordings was reason to keep the keep the recordings and any government record a secret from the public.

We argued that the recordings should be released “because an open question remains about whether Special Counsel Hur’s conclusion that President Biden should not be prosecuted for his mishandling of classified records [and] is supported by the evidence.”

Further, the audio would educate the public about “whether Special Counsel Hur appropriately pursued justice by recommending to the attorney general that criminal charges should not be brought against President Biden concerning his mishandling of classified materials.” This question “is of even more import these days because another special counsel (with approval by Attorney General Garland) is currently prosecuting President Trump for allegedly engaging in similar actions. In addition to President Trump being both President Biden’s former political opponent and the current Republican nominee in the upcoming Presidential election, President Trump is the only former president or vice president to be prosecuted for such actions.”

We also criticized the Biden Justice Department’s reliance on a case that allowed the withholding of the audio of the dying cries of the Challenger astronauts as simply “repugnant.”

On February 5, 2024, Special Counsel Robert Hur issued the “Report of the Special Counsel on the Investigation Into Unauthorized Removal, Retention, and Disclosure of Classified Documents Discovered at Locations Including the Penn Biden Center and the Delaware Private Residence of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.”

Kamala Harris Is Frontrunner To Become California's Next Governor: Poll

A new poll reveals that former Vice President Kamala Harris would be the Democratic frontrunner for governor of California if she were to enter the state's 2026 race to replace term-limited Gov. Gavin Newsom (D).

In a hypothetical gubernatorial bid, nearly 6 in 10 Democratic primary voters in California - 57%, would vote for Harris, according to the survey by Emerson College Polling/Inside California Politics/The Hill.

In a distant second place at 9% support was former Rep. Katie Porter (D-CA), who left the House to run for Senate last year, only to lose.

Former speaker of the California State Assembly Antonio Villaraigosa (D) and current Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalaki (D) tied for third at 4% each. Another 17% were undecided.

With Newsom leaving office next year, speculation has swirled over whether Harris might throw her hat in the ring - with some seeing Newsom's vacancy as an opportunity for her to fill his seat. As a former state AG and state Senator, Harris has a long history in the Golden State.

That said, last Friday she deflected when asked about a possible gubernatorial bid to replace Newsom.

"I have been home for two weeks and three days. My plans are to be in touch with my community, to be in touch with the leaders and figure out what I can do to support them," Harris told reporters after visiting wildfire-ravaged areas of Southern California.

"I am here and would be here regardless of the office I hold, because it is the right thing to do, which is to show up in your community and thank the folks who are on the ground."

Hochul's Former Aide Faces New Charges In Chinese Spy Case

Sun and Hu were arrested and charged in September 2024 in a case that is part of the Department of Justice’s broader effort to root out communist China’s secret agents, who U.S. officials say are covertly advancing the CCP’s interests and targeting Chinese dissidents on U.S. soil in an effort known as transnational repression.

On Feb. 11, Sun and Hu pleaded not guilty at a hearing in Brooklyn federal court, prosecutors said, adding that the money laundering charge against the two had been amended to include additional legal statutes.

Hu also pleaded not guilty to three additional money laundering counts, according to prosecutors.

A superseding indictment filed on Feb. 4 didn’t provide more details other than saying that Hu’s charges were connected to three separate financial transactions totaling $1.5 million in 2020.

A spokesperson for federal prosecutors declined to comment beyond what was stated in the superseding indictment.

Jarrod Schaeffer, one of Sun’s attorneys, said the revised indictment also does not “remedy critical errors identified in the prior indictment.”
