Is it possible to petition the military/army to defend the citizens against traitors in DC and local governments?

Hear me out, other nations pay us to have our military to go into their country and protect them.

Why cant Americans do the same and pay the military to defend us and go get traitors in DC and in local governments?

How can other nations purchase the American military and the American people cant purchase their own army for their own protection?
