Yeah but those two ranks aren't even entitled to "all the light the lodge can bestow." That's why the Worshipful Master asks at your initiation and passing what you most desire and your is "Light" and "More light."
Basically the lodge doesn't even have to open to those two ranks. They can choose to open/close as a master mason's lodge and you're stuck out in the common room with any wives or children that came along. Business meetings are also closed to EAs/FCs because they're required to be done in a MM's lodge and you can't hold blue lodge "chairs" (offices) until you're raised to MM.
If POTUS is an EA or FC we're pretty much safe from Satanic influence from him since he can't even vote at his lodge on whether to have a BBQ or a Gun Raffle fundraiser. LOL.
