Understand why I get disappointed as things never seem to change. Two days ago, found a man's footprint on the snow from E neighbor's driveway from 6 feet in to my cesspool cap, yesterday there were chemicals that caused a substrate in the stomach, I had constant sticky phlegm, wife threw up several times, and the dog constantly. Also had someone wipe bloody feces on our mailbox post, today, found a dead rat in front of my driveway as a message. Why can you not catch them and tell me who is doing this, that is just the last 2 days. How would you feel leaving your wife at home, knowing someone just put a dead rat in front of your house?
