Dismissal of a civil case also comes after a settlement - many of which are "confidential" by agreement and often contain no disclosure and no disparagement clauses, among other things - with clawback allowed of the funds paid to silence the accuser if the foregoing clauses are breached.

By that logic, all Americans need 100+ days in the hospital and 400 shots. On an ongoing basis.
Or at least as long as it takes Secretary RFKjr to clean up the food supply.
