Question: Within the scope of your understanding, who exactly is a 'targeted individual' to call when they are being zapped with electromagnetic technology? Law enforcement don't seem to care and congressional members pass the buck to the judicial branch, law enforcement and or attorneys. Lawyers wont go anywhere near the topic. What's a good point of contact for targeted individuals? Why has no one created a way for them to communicate whatwho they know?
