I meant as in they let the black hats do what they have planned but we counter it so it doesn’t work n people can see. They let them carry it out so we counter it n it fails n now they’ve used up their moves til game over. Free will part meant like people get to choose a side or if they get vaxxed or whatever, but honestly, I have no clue.
