Since I've got no life outside this board, I was wondering about what we are seeing in the housing market in the DC area…
If we look at what DOGE and PDJT are cutting from the govt. spending…will we see these same trends in the housing markets elsewhere in the country…mainly the more affluent areas?
If we see cuts to fraud/waste in Medicare/Medicaid, Big Pharma, DEI studies and programs, Green energy studies and programs, Military contracts, EPA studies and programs, etc….
How about resort towns where these people have 2nd homes?
If you look at the money that is being removed from the DC area…how will that affect businesses the rely on these people for income?
I'm an eng. not a business person…so this is outside my area.
Can someone that understands these things pipe in?
