Where I live, most illegals rent their homes from jews. The Jews will go to a white neighborhood, offer cash to the cheapest looking house on the block. They then rent that house out to Mexicans, devaluing the rest of the homes on the block, rinse&repeat until everyone wants to sell.
It's so common the term is known as block busting.
