JD Vance Rips Insane '60 Minutes' Segment Promoting "Orwellian" Speech Police In Germany

Vice President JD Vance slammed "Orwellian" speech laws in Germany, after a 60 Minutes segment showcased how German authorities crack down on online speech under the country's stringent laws - the same day CBS host Margaret Brennan claimed that Hitler 'weaponized free speech' to commit the holocaust.

The 60 Minutes segment documented pre-dawn police raids on people shitposting memes and other content construed by a bureaucrat as 'hate speech.'

During the segment, German prosecutor Dr. Matthäus Fink said that many Germans are shocked to learn that what they say online could be considered criminal.

"They say, 'No, that's my free speech,'" Fink said. "And we say, 'No, you have free speech as well, but it also has its limits.'"

Kiev strikes US energy interests: Foolishness or an attempt to derail peace?

It is time for Ukraine to choose: stand with its Western sponsors in pursuit of peace or continue to recklessly jeopardize its own lifelines

The timing of this attack is particularly concerning. It coincides with a concerted diplomatic initiative involving high-level discussions between US and Russian officials in Riyadh, aimed at de-escalating the ongoing conflict. Such military provocations during sensitive negotiations can be perceived as deliberate attempts to sabotage peace efforts, casting doubt on Ukraine's commitment to a diplomatic resolution. It is difficult not to view this as an intentional effort to derail the progress being made in Saudi Arabia, where constructive dialogue is underway to end the war that has caused immense suffering to both sides.

Ukraine's drone strike on Kropotkinskaya is not an isolated incident. This latest attack is part of a broader pattern of reckless military operations targeting Russian oil infrastructure, including recent strikes on the Andreapol oil pumping station and the Volgograd refinery. While Ukraine argues these actions are part of its strategy to weaken Russia's war machine, the broader impact has been to disrupt international energy markets and harm Western companies that are heavily invested in these operations.

In 2024 alone, the CPC transported 62.4 million tons of oil, with over 88% originating from Kazakhstan. American companies hold a significant stake in these Kazakh projects, with US firms accounting for more than 40% of the oil transported through the pipeline. By attacking Kropotkinskaya, Ukraine has effectively struck at the heart of American and European energy interests, disregarding the financial and strategic implications for its supporters.

This raises uncomfortable questions about Ukraine's true intentions. Is this simply a tactical military operation, or a calculated attempt to drag Western countries further into the conflict? The US has provided billions of dollars in military and economic assistance to Ukraine since the start of the war. Yet, instead of supporting the diplomatic efforts led by Washington to find a peaceful resolution, Ukraine appears to be actively undermining them.

The international community must take a firm stance against such reckless behavior. Ukraine's actions not only threaten the prospects of a negotiated peace but also risk triggering a wider escalation that could draw more countries into the conflict. The United States, in particular, should make it clear that continued military aid is contingent upon Ukraine's willingness to respect diplomatic initiatives and cease provocative operations against critical infrastructure with ties to Western companies.

Jobs Trashed: Waste Management To Fire 5,000 Whose Jobs Will Be "Automated"

“There has been a long-term plan to not backfill specific vacated roles. By 2026, we’re anticipating that will lead to the reduction of about 5,000 positions,” said Kelly Caplan, senior director of external communications. ”At the same time, increased automation is reducing the demand for these types of labor-intensive roles.”

The waste-and-recycling business has its headquarters in Houston. According to Stock Analysis, the company had about 48,000 employees at the end of 2023.

The Wall Street Journal reported in January that about 1,000 positions will be impacted in 2025 eliminating about 650 trucking positions by modernizing its fleet. Upgrades to its recycling plant in 2025 will reduce that workforce by 350.

“WM is increasing the use of technology and automation which will reduce labor dependency for roles that are challenging to recruit and retain across North America,” according to a statement from the company. “Technology is helping us mitigate the business risk associated with high attrition rates for these roles — a challenge not only for WM but for the industry at large. We’ve had a long-term plan to implement technology solutions when available for hard-to-fill roles.”

On Jan. 30, Waste Management Chief Executive Jim Fish spoke to Jim Cramer about the future of the Waste Management workforce.

“Our average heavy equipment operator is approaching 53 years old. It becomes difficult to find folks to drive a truck or to work on a piece of heavy equipment,” Fish said on the show. “So this is almost by necessity that we’re using technology to replace difficult-to-hire roles. I think one thing that I wanted to make sure I was clear about on here, though, is we’re not laying folks off. All we’re doing is using attrition. Some of those jobs have very high turnover rates.”

He estimated the turnover for those working at the back of the truck was as high as 50%.

In 2024, Waste Management struck a deal to acquire medical waste services provider Stericycle. Based outside Chicago in Bannockburn, Ill., Stericycle provides medical waste collection, compliance and secure information destruction services, according to a Houston Chronicle report last year.

Joni Ernst Introduces Bill To Scale Back Taxpayer-Funded Perks For Ex-Presidents Who Are Rolling In Dough

Former presidents who make big bucks with speaking fees, media deals or memoirs could find their taxpayer-funded benefits pared back if legislation introduced Monday by Republican Sen. Joni Ernst of Iowa becomes law.

The legislation, titled the “Presidential Allowance Modernization Act,” would provide former presidents with a pension of $200,000 a year and a $200,000 allowance per year with cost of living adjustments every year, but the bill would reduce the allowance if the former president earned more than $400,000 a year. Ernst told the Daily Caller News Foundation that with former presidents making massive amounts of money after their presidencies, taxpayers shouldn’t be footing their bills.

Tariffs: Another Consequence Of The Drug War

Tariffs are just another consequence of the drug war, perhaps not as bad as the erosion of financial privacy, personal freedom, and property rights, but a negative consequence nonetheless.

President Trump recently announced additional tariffs on imports from Canada, Mexico, and China — three of America’s largest trading partners: 25 percent on goods from Canada (10 percent on energy resources) and Mexico and 10 percent on goods from China.

I say “trading partners” because international trade is always a “win-win” proposition that benefits both parties because it encourages efficiency in production and the utilization of resources, gives consumers a wider variety of choices, keeps prices in check, leads to innovation, and fosters peace and goodwill. Trade does not result in some countries benefiting (winners) at the expense of others (losers). As such, trade is not a zero-sum game in which one country gains at the expense of another. In every exchange, both parties give up something they value less for something they value more. Each party to a transaction anticipates a gain from the exchange or it wouldn’t engage in commerce with the other party in the first place.

Although higher tariffs ultimately result in higher prices for Americans, Trump claimed that the “pain” of tariffs will be “worth the price.”

That Trump has the authority to impose these tariffs by decree is not because of anything in Article II of the Constitution on the powers of the presidency but because Congress has delegated to him such authority, as I have explained here.

According to a White House “Fact Sheet,” America is facing a “national emergency” and a “public health crisis” because of “contraband drugs like fentanyl” that kill “tens of thousands of Americans each year.” The tariffs are necessary because of the “extraordinary threat posed by illegal aliens and drugs, including deadly fentanyl.” Trump is seeking to “hold Mexico, Canada, and China accountable to their promises of halting illegal immigration and stopping poisonous fentanyl and other drugs from flowing into our country.” Although fentanyl comes across the border from Canada and Mexico, “Chinese officials have failed to take the actions necessary to stem the flow of precursor chemicals to known criminal cartels and shut down money laundering by transnational criminal organizations.”

But soon after Trump imposed these tariffs, he reached an agreement with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to delay the implementation of the tariffs for 30 days.

“Canada has agreed to ensure we have a secure Northern Border, and to finally end the deadly scourge of drugs like Fentanyl that have been pouring into our Country, killing hundreds of thousands of Americans, while destroying their families and communities all across our Country,” said Trump.

Sheinbaum announced that “Mexico will immediately send 10,000 members of its National Guard to the U.S.–Mexico border targeting the trafficking of illicit fentanyl.”

Visiting Netanyahu, Rubio Says Hamas Must Be ‘Eradicated’

Netanyahu said the US and Israel share a 'common strategy' on Gaza, including when the 'gates of hell will be opened'

Speaking to reporters alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on Sunday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Hamas must be “eradicated,” a goal that would require Israel to restart its genocidal war on Gaza.

“Hamas cannot continue as a military or government force, and frankly, as long as it stands as a force that can govern, or as a force that can administer, or as a force that can threaten by use of violence, peace becomes impossible,” Rubio said. “They must be eliminated. It must be eradicated.”

In his remarks to the press, Netanyahu said the US and Israel shared a “common strategy” on Gaza, including when the “gates of hell will open” if all the Israeli hostages aren’t released by Hamas, repeating a threat from President Trump.

“I want to assure everyone who is now listening to us: President Trump and I are working in full cooperation and coordination between us. We have a common strategy, and we can’t always share the details of this strategy with the public, including when the gates of Hell would be opened, as they surely will if all our hostages are not released, until the last one of them,” Netanyahu said.

The Israeli leader also mentioned President Trump’s “bold vision” for Gaza, referring to his calls for the US to “take over” the Strip, which would involve an ethnic cleansing campaign. Netanyahu said he and Rubio discussed “how we can work together to ensure that that future becomes a reality.”

Discussing Iran, Netanyahu said Israel had “dealt a mighty blow to Iran’s terror axis” and that with US support, Israel could “finish the job.”

While Rubio was visiting Israel, the Israeli Defense Ministry announced it received a shipment of MK-84 2,000-pound bombs from the US. The shipment was paused by the Biden administration but released by President Trump.

The Rubio-Netanyahu meeting came a day after Hamas released three Israeli hostages in exchange for 369 Palestinians being freed from Israeli jails. Trump had previously said all hostages should be released on Saturday or that Israel should open the “gates of hell” on Gaza, signaling that the US is ready to back Israel if it restarts its bombing campaign and siege. On Saturday, Trump said it was up to Israel what to do in Gaza and said the US would “back the decision they make.”

While the ceasefire is very fragile, Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, insisted on Sunday that the second phase of the truce will “absolutely going to begin.” But so far, Israel hasn’t sent negotiators to discuss the second phase of the deal with mediators.

Netanyahu’s office said in a statement on Sunday that Israel was sending a negotiating team to Cairo to discuss the continued implementation of phase one of the deal. The statement also said the Israeli Security Cabinet would meet on Monday to give instructions to the negotiating team on phase two. Under the deal, the talks on phase two were supposed to start on the 16th day of the ceasefire, which began on January 19.

Secret terror blueprints for US NSC to ‘help Ukraine resist’ exposed

Newly-leaked documents reveal a crew of military academics pitching the US National Security Council a series of extreme strategies for Ukraine, from IED’s inspired by Iraqi insurgents to sabotaging Russia’s infrastructure to propaganda “from ISIS’ playbook.”

Conceived under the auspices of the UK’s University of St. Andrews, the plans were outsourced through third parties to ensure “plausible deniability.”

Explosive leaked documents reviewed by The Grayzone show how a shady transatlantic collective of academics and military-intelligence operatives conceived schemes which would lead to the US “helping Ukraine resist,” to “prolong” the proxy war “by virtually any means short of American and NATO forces deploying to Ukraine or attacking Russia.”

The operatives assembled their war plans immediately in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, and delivered them directly to the highest-ranking relevant US National Security Council official in the Biden administration.

Proposed operations ranged from covert military options to jihadist-style psychological operations against Russian civilians, with the authors insisting, “we need to take a page from ISIS’ playbook.”

ISIS was not the only militant outfit upheld as a model for Ukraine’s military. The intelligence cabal also proposed modernizing IEDs, like those staged by Iraqi insurgents against occupying US troops, for a potential stay-behind guerrilla army in Russia, which would attack rail lines, power plants and other civilian targets.

Many of the cabal’s recommendations were subsequently enacted by the Biden administration, dangerously escalating the conflict and repeatedly crossing Russia’s clearly-stated red lines.

Included among the proposals were providing extensive training to “Ukrainian expatriates” in using Javelin and Stinger missiles, enabling “cyberattacks on Russia by ‘patriotic hackers’ with deniability,” and flooding Kiev with “unmanned combat air vehicles.” It was also foreseen that “replacement fighter aircraft” would be provided by “many sources,” and that “non-Ukrainian volunteer pilots and ground crews” would be recruited to fight air battles in the manner of the Flying Tigers, a World War II-era force composed of American Air Force pilots, which was formed in April 1941 to help the Chinese oppose Japan’s invasion before Washington’s formal entry into the conflict.

The document was written and cosigned by a quartet of academic armchair warriors with colorful pasts. They included historian Andrew Orr, the director of the University of Kansas Institute for Military History. His recent academic contributions include a chapter in an obscure academic volume entitled, “Who is a Soldier? Using Trans Theory to Rethink French Women’s Military Identity in World War II.”

Spoiler Alert: Ukrainian President Zelensky Says “I Will Never Accept Any Decisions Between the United States and Russia About Ukraine… Never”

Maybe this is why they did not invite him.

Ukrainian president Zelensky sat down with far-left ABC News reporter Kristen Welker on Sunday.

This comes after a Saturday when Zelensky could not stop ranting about the upcoming Trump-Putin talks in Saudi Arabia.

Zelensky on Saturday told reporters it would be more dangerous if President Trump speaks with Putin first before he speaks with Ukraine.

On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky firmly rejected any negotiations between the U.S. and Russia that exclude Ukraine.

Kristen Welker:

Something that President Trump said this week—he did not say “yes” when he was asked if he sees Ukraine as an equal member in the peace process. He did say later that Ukraine would have a seat at the table. Have you been given any assurances that Ukraine will have an equal seat at the negotiating table?

Volodymyr Zelensky:

I will never accept any decisions between the United States and Russia about Ukraine. Never. Our people—never. Our adults and children, everybody—it can’t be so. This is a war in Ukraine against us, and it’s our human losses.

We are thankful for all the support, the unity between the USA and Ukraine, the bipartisan unity, and the bipartisan support. We are thankful for all of this. But there is no leader in the world who can really make a deal with Putin without us—about us.

Here is Zelensky acting like a boss.

That might be difficult for the Ukrainian leader. If the US walks away, 70% of its military funding will disappear.

Jewish Florida man arrested after shooting 2 Israelis he thought were Palestinians

Mordechai Brafman tells police he killed both men, though victims, a father and son, escaped with just a grazing and shoulder injury

A Jewish man in Miami Beach was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of attempted murder, a day after opening fire at a car in which he said he saw “two Palestinians” inside.

However, police said that the victims were actually two Jewish Israelis visiting the US. The victims, Ari Rabey and his father, initially thought they were being targeted in an antisemitic attack..

Mordechai Brafman, 27, was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder after he shot at the car 17 times with a semiautomatic handgun on Saturday.

Police said there was no altercation between Brafman and the two victims before the shooting, which they described as unprovoked, reports said.

According to the arrest sheet, Brafman said that while he was driving his truck, “he saw two Palestinians and shot and killed both.”

Neither victim was killed. One was hit in the left shoulder, while the other was grazed by a bullet.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations called for Brafman to be charged with a hate crime, which would increase the severity of his offenses.

Brafman, who is married, gave his occupation as plumber, reports said.

A year ago he was interviewed by local media after vandalism to a bagel store on Miami Beach that had displayed an Israeli flag, Hebrew media reported. At the time Brafman called for more unity and less conflict between people.

Head of hawkish ZOA group cheers Trump plan to clear Gaza, but wants Strip for Israel

Zionist Organization of America president Morton Klein says he is encouraged by new US administration, calling it ‘most pro-Israel I’ve ever seen’

If you ask Morton Klein, head of the Zionist Organization of America, US President Donald Trump’s plan to resettle two million residents of Gaza and redevelop the Strip for American interests is a “win-win for everyone.”

“Look, there’s not really much for Gazans to go back to,” said Klein, national president of the hawkish group since 1993. “About 70 percent of Gaza has been destroyed, and there are no facilities to live a normal life. It’s not the same as forcing people out of their homes. This is a solution that is better for Gazan Arabs and eliminates the threat of a Hamas-type group threatening Israel on the southern border. If you’re going to build them new homes, build them somewhere they can have a beautiful life.”

Klein, in Israel for a Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations gathering in Jerusalem, has long embraced his role as an iconoclast among American Jewish leaders.

“I’m the only one here who opposed Israel’s deal to release the hostages in exchange for terrorists, and I’m the only one here who is publicly opposed to a Palestinian state,” Klein said.

With Trump back in the Oval Office, the Philadelphia native is excited by the prospect of the administration pushing an agenda that dovetails with that of the ZOA.

“During his first term, Trump moved the embassy to Jerusalem, he recognized the Golan, and cut aid to the Palestinians,” noted Klein. “Now, he has established the most pro-Israel cabinet I’ve ever seen… That is extremely heartening and encouraging to me.”

“The next president might feel differently than Trump and want to invite a million Arabs to move there,” he said. “Israel has to retain control of the land, not the US.”

Israel is supporting Ukraine in war, Estonia’s president says during Israel visit

Alar Karis initiates trip, including visit to ravaged Kibbutz Nir Oz, to ‘tell our people’ what is happening here; calls for two-state solution

Israel is doing more to support Ukraine than it gets credit for, Estonian President Alar Karis told The Times of Israel.

“Actually, it’s doing. Sometimes, you can’t trust what’s in headlines,” said Karis, speaking from the Ben Gurion Airport on Thursday evening, after a two-day trip to Israel.

Israel condemned Russia’s 2022 invasion and provided limited support to Ukraine, including humanitarian aid and an aerial warning system, but not weaponry. Earlier this year, the Financial Times reported that the United States, Israel, and Ukraine were in talks to provide Kyiv with up to eight Patriot missile air defense systems currently owned and used by Israel.

Overall, Jerusalem produced a relatively restrained response to the invasion, due to Russia’s widespread military presence at the time in Syria, Israel’s northern and bellicose neighbor, and the need to balance security interests at home and policy abroad, while maintaining relations with both Moscow and Kyiv.

Still, ties are warm between the countries. Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar met his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha in Munich over the weekend and came away with an invitation to Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with President Isaac Herzog and spoke with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last month.

Karis, a self-described “pen-pal” of Herzog, told the president during his visit that “it’s important to support Ukraine.”

US President Donald Trump upended three years of US policy toward Ukraine last week, announcing that he and Russian President Vladimir Putin had agreed to begin negotiations on ending the war, following a dramatic prisoner swap.

It was unclear how closely Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would be involved. Trump held a phone call with him last week, Ukrainian presidential adviser Dmytro Lytvyn said, characterizing it as a “good conversation.”

We shouldn’t make any peace agreements without Ukraine

Karis called for Kyiv to be fully included in the process: “We shouldn’t make any peace agreements without Ukraine… Because our history has shown it. If it’s above their heads, it doesn’t bring peace at all. It means everybody has to be involved and accepted.”

DOGE Team Uncovers $21 Million Taxpayer-Funded Grant Allocated to “Voter Turnout in India” — India’s Ruling Party Responds

The United States Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), spearheaded by entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk, has axed a controversial $21 million taxpayer-funded grant that was designed to boost “voter turnout in India.”

This allocation was merely a fragment of a staggering $486 million budget under the “Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening” initiative approved during the Biden regime.

But that wasn’t all. DOGE’s latest findings revealed that another $29 million had been designated for “strengthening the political landscape in Bangladesh”, a country that recently witnessed significant political upheaval amid allegations of U.S. ‘deep state’ involvement in orchestrating the removal of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, according to NDTV.

The Musk-led department confirmed that several other overseas projects funded by U.S. taxpayers have also been axed.

Below is the full list:

$486 million to the “Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening”, including:

$22 million for an “inclusive and participatory political process” in Moldova

$21 million for voter turnout efforts in India

$47 million for “improving learning outcomes in Asia”

$40 million for a “gender equality and women empowerment hub”

$32 million to the Prague Civil Society Centre

$29 million for “strengthening the political landscape in Bangladesh“

$20 million for “fiscal federalism” in Nepal

$19 million for “biodiversity conservation” in Nepal

$14 million for “social cohesion” in Mali

$14 million for “improving public procurement” in Serbia

$10 million for “Mozambique voluntary medical male circumcision”

$9.7 million for UC Berkeley to develop “a cohort of Cambodian youth with enterprise-driven skills”

$2.5 million for “inclusive democracies in Southern Africa“

$2.3 million for “strengthening independent voices in Cambodia“

$2 million to develop “sustainable recycling models” to “increase socio-economic cohesion among marginalized communities of Kosovo Roma, Ashkali, and Egypt“

$1.5 million for “voter confidence” in Liberia

US taxpayer dollars were going to be spent on the following items, all which have been cancelled:

– $10M for “Mozambique voluntary medical male circumcision”

– $9.7M for UC Berkeley to develop “a cohort of Cambodian youth with enterprise driven skills”

– $2.3M for “strengthening…

The revelation has ignited a political firestorm in India, where the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) slammed the previous Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) for what they called an attempt to manipulate India’s electoral process with foreign funding, Livemint reported.

“Why would any US agency wish to give $21 million for election-related work in India? Would that not amount to interference in India’s electoral process? We are the world’s largest democracy. Free and fair elections are held here. Institutionally there are mechanisms that ensure free and fair elections including the Election Commission of India,” BJP leader Nalin, Kohli told news agency ANI.

The Congress Party, India’s main opposition, fired back, calling the allegations laughable.

Amit Malviya, an Indian politician serving as the national convener of the IT cell of the Bharatiya Janata Party, said that the $21 million for voter turnout in India is “definitely external interference in India’s electoral process… Who gains from this? Not the ruling party for sure.”

RFK Jr. takes a strong stance against marijuana on his first day, calling for closer study and opposing legalization.

On his first day in office, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took a bold stance, declaring that marijuana is dangerous and should not be legalized. He emphasized the need for closer scrutiny and research into its effects. This marks a significant shift from his previous support for marijuana legalization.

Kennedy, who was recently confirmed as the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, has historically been a proponent of cannabis legalization. However, his recent comments suggest a change in perspective, aligning more closely with certain conservative viewpoints.

Kennedy’s new position has sparked a debate among stakeholders in the cannabis industry. Some are concerned about the potential impact on ongoing efforts to reschedule marijuana. Despite his past advocacy for marijuana reform, Kennedy now appears to be deferring to the Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration on this issue.

This shift in stance has raised questions about the future of federal marijuana policy under the Trump administration. Kennedy’s comments have also drawn attention to the broader implications for drug policy and public health in the United States.

During a press conference, Kennedy highlighted several key points:

Health Concerns: He cited studies suggesting potential health risks associated with marijuana use, particularly among young people.

Regulatory Challenges: He mentioned the difficulties in regulating a substance that remains illegal at the federal level while being legal in several states.

Need for Research: Kennedy called for more comprehensive research to understand the long-term effects of marijuana on health and society.

Transplant industry whistleblower claims she was pressured to harvest organs from a person who was still ALIVE and fired from her new job after complaining

Conspirators use tools such as labelling truth-tellers as “conspiracy theorists” and propagandising the public to silence them and maintain control.

Another tool is staffing organisations with “clone thinkers” who won’t question the narrative. To achieve this, the establishment populates key institutions with compliant people, using tactics such as ideological onboarding, unconscious bias training and enforcing narratives through, for example, lack of promotion or disciplinary action for those who do not comply.

Most conspiracy theories are actually theories found in political science. So, another tool is to place a yawning gap between “conspiracy theory” and “political science.”

The creation of controlled opposition is also a tool used by the conspirators. The purpose of controlled opposition is to build trust before redirection. By doing so, unified movements are dissolved into smaller fragments, leading to division and inaction.

Transplant industry whistleblower claims she was pressured to harvest organs from a person who was still ALIVE and fired from her new job after complaining

A former employee of a nonprofit organ recovery group has claimed she was asked to harvest organs from a person who was still living - and then fired by her new employer after airing her qualms to members of Congress.

Nyckoletta Martin, 38, made the revelations Tuesday to The Wall Street Journal, describing how she was let go by Paragonix Technologies , her new employer, on September 13 after she wrote a damning letter about her previous workplace, Kentucky Organ Donor, where she stopped working in 2021.

Days before, a letter she wrote to the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee was read and discussed on the House floor, after it alleged that there is currently outsized pressure on organ collectors.

Singling out the organ-procurement group in Kentucky where she worked, she recalled being pressured to retrieve organs from a patient before he died - while he was awake. He later left the facility alive, Martin said - choosing not to name him.

Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates, abbreviated KODA, is one of 56 federally chartered nonprofits tasked with procuring organs for transplant. A spokesperson said the firm 'strictly adheres' to laws and national guidelines set in place by the US government

That’s convenient…

The U.S. government “LOST” 7 Fort Knox gold audit reports revealed in a FOIA request.

When I say "lost", I don’t mean failed… I mean, the documents could not be located or accounted for by the relevant authorities or record-keepers.

—— The physical or digital copies of these reports are no longer in the possession of the responsible entities.

—— There is no record or explanation whatsoever of where these documents went or how they disappeared.

These reports were part of audits conducted between 1974 and 1986. All AFTER the implementation of the Petro Dollar.

If there is any gold there, the majority may likely not even be our gold, because it’s likely been pledged or loaned out.

How your tax dollars funded Hamas: USAID's $164 million scandal exposed

"In a shocking revelation that underscores the depths of government waste and corruption, a new report from the Middle East Forum's Focus on Western Islamism has uncovered that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has funneled at least 164 million in taxpayer dollars to radical organizations, including 122 million to groups with direct ties to designated terrorist organizations like Hamas. This scandal is not just a case of bureaucratic incompetence–it's a betrayal of American values and a direct threat to national security."

TOUGH NEGOTIATOR: UK’s Telegraph Claims To Have Leaked US Plan for Ukraine Reparations, Shows ‘Horror’ at Trump’s Draconian Terms To Clawback as Much as $500 Billion

The British paper The Telegraph claims to have has access to a draft of the ‘pre-decisional contract’, sent by the US to Volodymyr Zelensky, dealing with a demand for a $500bn ‘payback’ from Ukraine for the aid already delivered.

The document, marked ‘Privileged & Confidential’ and dated Feb 7 2025, has caused ‘consternation and panic’ in Kiev, according to the Telegraph report.

The writer Ambrose Evans Pritchard is ‘shocked’ by the draconian terms, calls it ‘economic colonization of Ukraine’, a ‘burden of reparations that cannot possibly be achieved’.

“It states that the US and Ukraine should form a joint investment fund to ensure that ‘hostile parties to the conflict do not benefit from the reconstruction of Ukraine’. The agreement covers the ‘economic value associated with resources of Ukraine”, including “mineral resources, oil and gas resources, ports, other infrastructure (as agreed)’, leaving it unclear what else might be encompassed. ‘This agreement shall be governed by New York law, without regard to conflict of laws principles’, it states.”

The US will reportedly own half of the recurring revenues from extraction of resources, and half of the financial value of all new licenses for extraction.

“There will be ‘a lien on such revenues’ in favor of the US. ‘That clause means ‘pay us first, and then feed your children’,’ said one source close to the negotiations.”

“The fund ‘shall have the exclusive right to establish the method, selection criteria, terms, and conditions’ of all future licenses and projects. And so forth, in this vein. “

Pritchard does not comment on how hundreds of billions of dollars sent to Ukraine were in considerable part swindled by the Kiev regime – he is too busy concocting historical comparisons, like saying the contract is ‘worse than the financial penalties imposed on Germany and Japan after their defeat in 1945’ or even the Versailles Treaty on WW1.

“Donald Trump told Fox News that Ukraine had ‘essentially agreed’ to hand over $500bn. ‘They have tremendously valuable land in terms of rare earths, in terms of oil and gas, in terms of other things’, he said.

[…] ‘They may make a deal. They may not make a deal. They may be Russian someday, or they may not be Russian someday. But I want this money back’.”

The British writer is horrified that Trump hints that if Zelensky doesn’t pay, the US may let Russia get the whole of Ukraine territory – but that’s the reality.

Trump has stated that the US spent $300bn on the war so far, to send out any more would be ‘stupid’. And he wants to get paid for what was already sent. The Telegraph doesn’t tire of complaining:

“Ukraine cannot possibly meet his $500bn demand in any meaningful timeframe, leaving aside the larger matter of whether it is honorable to treat a victim nation in this fashion after it has held the battle line for the liberal democracies at enormous sacrifice for three years. Who really has a debt has a debt to whom, may one ask?”

‘Held the battle line for the liberal democracies’? Give us a break.
