Believe it’s really clear (to this anon) CP was embedded by the white hats – maybe by Gen. Flynn. Q said he was a plant. CP comes off as a master spook playing his part so very, very adroitly. CP certainly was enticing bait for the FBI goons & this planned for quite some time. TG’s comment that CP is ‘certainly not Bourne…more like Inspector Gadget’… reinforces this to me. The Plan is a masterpiece!
