Nazi Germany baby breeding program you're referring to is called Lebensborn. The term "Lebensborn" translates to "Fount of Life" or "Spring of Life" in German. It was an SS-initiated program established by Heinrich Himmler in 1935, aimed at increasing the birth rate of "racially pure" Aryan children. If Chung was promoted to that position by GRAVES, then it all makes sense.
GRAVES never properly executed his own oath of office to his appointment of "U.S. attorney" to begin with. In fact, GRAVES' signature was redacted from his oath on file, entirely.
One of GRAVES assistants personally told my legal counsel at the time that he himself as an assistant under GRAVES never signed anything for his own oath and it was only verbal - concealing the fact that these signed, filed oaths do in fact exist, which I had proven to them on court record, ignored. GRAVES and many of his subordinates were never really "U.S. attorneys" by a required signed oath (as contractual bond) to begin with.

In a letter from The Administrative Office of the United States Courts to Frank Rocco, they admit that "U.S. Judges" are not issued bonds. A signed proper oath is a bond - so if an officer does not have a bond, they could not have a proper signed oath. The Administrative Office did not provide Frank with copies he requested of the signed oaths of J6 "magistrates" themselves - likely to be just as defective.
