I did not vote for him, and never liked him, but I did like that line……until I realized how bad things really were.
Isn't DEI, and EOE(Equal Opportunity Employment) essentially the same thing?
Does this mean that all the "minority" owned companies will no longer get special treatment when it comes to federal contracts?
Maybe take a look at the Port of Authority hiring practices if this is the case.
Alot of hard working people get skipped over because we need more browns or women on a jobsite, rather than a competent person hired on merit.
