Yes, that is scary.

What's more scary is that some States in the USA (I believe) ban the collection of rainwater on private property. How can they do that??

Because the 1% want to make money off it, so it becomes "law".

I was taught many years ago that the Law is "The Will of The People". If 99 of you are against 1, and many of you have guns, I guess you'll win.

Where we've gone wrong is blindly accepting "laws" by trusting that government has our best interests at heart - think we're all learning that's not so.
