Because it is a baker that has baked good breads before, or it's a new baker that bakes a first good bread, or a new baker that at least attempts to bake a good bread. If you've seen the shill bakes, you'll see why the BV/BO confirmations are happening… including "new or unknown baker; will monitor the bake" which we "known" bakers get when our hashes change.

I'll be asking for relief next bread. PLEASE ask for the bake. You're welcome to it. I'm a night baker, usually, but I'm usually not needed, and I defer to the other bakers. I always ask for new bakers. Even if you're not new you're welcome to bake. We have BVs here, so if you shill bake (and not suggesting you will), then they can fix it.
