>I was taught many years ago that the Law is "The Will of The People".
The Rule of Law is the will of the people. Details matter.
>If 99 of you are against 1, and many of you have guns, I guess you'll win.
This is Mob Rule, not the Rule of Law. Don't conflate.
>Where we've gone wrong is blindly accepting "laws" by trusting that government has our best interests at heart - think we're all learning that's not so.
This is why personal involvement in choosing your government is not a right; It's a responsibility. If that is fettered, then the fetters need to be removed; but it has to be done correctly to be legitimate. This is happening now.
Our job going forward will be to preserve the new Zeitgeist we form for our children and grandchildren.
