The problem is no one bothers to look to see what these fucking animals have done. Or even has any idea this is happening, people living in their bubbles. They just think "Oh he's pardoning petty criminals. It's not like he's pardoning a rapist or child molester." Yeah, WRONG.
I'm guessing there were ICE detainers on them for the second they're about to be released from state custody. Or would be, since it's safe to assume that.
