(at least this is how it went in Boston, and I imagine it's probably the same in New York City).

Conjestion pricing is descriminatory. If they use it they should LOSE highway funds for the areas in which they use it, and other federal dole outs.

When Obama was president suddenly Boston lost all kinds of metered parking while streets were converted to having bike lanes. And there seemed to be no public safty concern about this. The turning trucks would kill bikers, still do.

Parking became far harder.

The city became meaner.
