Watch Sean Spicer Hilariously Explain to Glenn Beck Why Trump Can Fire Anyone He Wants to Because of Joe Biden (VIDEO)

by Mike LaChance Feb. 19, 2025 8:40

This story is absolutely hilarious.

We first heard about this back in December, but there were not as many details. Now, Sean Spicer has shared the entire saga with Glenn Beck.

In a nutshell, back in the fall of 2021, Spicer was serving on a couple of different boards. His term was set to end in November, but Biden fired him and some other conservatives in September, seemingly just to be a petty jerk.

Spicer then sued the Biden administration, for the sole purpose of losing and having a court of law affirm that Biden could fire whoever he wanted. It worked. Spicer lost the lawsuit. Then they went to an appeals court, which ALSO said that Biden, as president, had the power to fire anyone.

Fast forward to now.Trump has just fired the entire board of the Kennedy Center and they can’t do a darn thing about it.Why? Because Spicer forced the Biden administration to defend Spicer’s firing, which is now being cited as the legal precedent. It’s an ultimate FAFO.

Some details from The Blaze:

“I was like, ‘You couldn’t wait 60 days just to have it for free?’” Spicer says. “I obviously wasn’t going to get reappointed; Biden had his right to appoint his people, great. So it turns out, he fired everybody, myself from the Naval Academy board, Russ Vought from the Naval Academy board, and then a guy named H.R. McMaster from the West Point board.”

When Spicer refused to resign, Stephen Miller of America First came to him with the idea of suing the Biden administration.

Spicer explains that the plan was to “go to court and make Joe Biden argue that he has the absolute authority to fire anybody, and because we’re not going to win the case, they’ll rule against us.”

When the Biden administration won the suit, the media started calling Spicer out for losing the case.

“And I go, ‘Did I?’” He laughs.

Watch this entire video. This story is comedy gold!

If anyone on the left is angry about Trump firing people, be sure to let Joe Biden know how unhappy you are. He’s your man.

The INCREDIBLE Story of How Biden Gave Trump the “Gift” of Mass Firings

Every government official who is fired by President Trump should blame Joe Biden, former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer tells Glenn. Spicer tells the incredible story of how Biden's "pettiness" led Spicer and Russ Vought to sue him in a case they didn't think they'd win. But they DID - and now, it has set the precedent that allows President Trump to fire anyone in his administration! This has since led to the reformation of the Kennedy Center and will allow Trump to make many of DOGE's recommendations a reality

Zelensky lied to Trump about Ukraine’s mineral reserves – Bloomberg expert

What the country has is “scorched earth; what it doesn’t have is rare earths,” Javier Blas has said

Ukraine has vastly and deliberately overstated its rare-earth mineral reserves in an attempt to win the favorof US President Donald Trump, Bloomberg columnist and commodities expert Javier Blas suggested in an op-ed released on Wednesday. He warned that Trump’s fixation on a resource extraction deal with Ukraine is an “illusion” and “folly.”

The saga of the potential resource deal with the US began in November last year, when Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky presented his ‘victory plan’ for the conflict with Russia. The road map included the prospect for a special agreement with Western countries, including the US, “on the joint protection of critical resources available in Ukraine, joint investment, and subsequent use of the corresponding economic potential.”

The offer piqued Trump’s interest, who demanded the “equivalent of $500 billion worth of rare earths” from Ukraine in exchange for US assistance to the embattled nation.

However, according to Blas, the narrative about Ukraine brimming with rare-earth resources seems to be based on a hoax. He suggested that the Ukrainians, “desperate to find a way to engage Trump… miscalculated [by] presenting the then-incoming president a ‘victory plan’ in November that talked up – way, way up – the potential of the country’s mineral resources.”

He went on to say that Ukraine “has no significant rare-earth deposits other than small scandium mines,” suggesting that Trump conflated ‘rare-earths’ with the broader category of “critical minerals” – which Ukraine does have, ___but not to the tune of $500 billion.__

Blas also remarked that Ukraine once produced significant amounts of iron ore and coal before the conflict, adding that some of the mines are now controlled by Russia.

“What Ukraine has is scorched earth; what it doesn’t have is rare earths,” he said.

He noted that this is not the first time the US has made this type of mistake, recalling that in 2010, the Pentagon declared Afghanistan to be the “Saudi Arabia of lithium,” with the total amount of untapped mineral deposits in the country estimated at $1 trillion. This later turned out to be “a complete fantasy,” he said.

Earlier reports suggested that the US and Ukraine discussed a deal under which Washington would be granted 50% ownership of Ukraine’s rare-earth minerals as reimbursement for continued military aid. However, Zelensky reportedly declined to sign an agreement, with several unnamed officials describing it as a “colonial agreement.”

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has suggested that the US is trying to take advantage of the Ukrainian leadership’s willingness to “sell the country by auction.”

(Remember Lindsey Graham came out with this bullshit last year before the U.S. Election, and I think he did it because he knew Trump wouldn’t continue funding the war, and I’m sure Graham and Zelensky made up this scam. It will come out soon, that Z and Lindsey both lied to PDJT. At that time, Graham stated there was like 13 Trillion of rare earth minerals in Ukraine.)

Zelensky could use ‘dirty bomb’ – Medvedev

The Ukrainian leader could resort to a provocation in an attempt to hinder peace talks, the former Russian president has warned

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky could resort to using a “dirty bomb” and blaming Russia in a desperate attempt to prolong the conflict with Moscow and disrupt peace efforts, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has claimed.

In a post on the VK social media network on Wednesday, Medvedev, who now serves as the deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, lashed out at Zelensky, calling him a “puppet dressed up as the president of a disintegrating country.”

Referring to the US, he suggested that the Ukrainian leader has “really pissed off his main benefactor,” adding that President Donald Trump is now “blunt about [Zelensky’s] responsibility for starting the warand is demanding a report about the stolen funds,”while calling for new elections.

Zelensky, whose presidential term expired last spring, has refused to allow a new election to be held, citing martial law. The Russian government no longer considers him to be the legitimate leader of Ukraine.

“Therathas been driven into a corner. Its behavior is now totally unpredictable,”Medvedev said, arguing that this makes Zelensky extremely dangerous to the global community.

Zelensky, he added, could “create any provocation to upend a settlement and prolong the war to the last Ukrainian.” Anxious to demonstrate alleged Russian atrocities, the Ukrainian leader “will use any means within his reach, including attacks against his own cities and civilian population or even using weapons of mass destruction such as a ‘dirty bomb,’” the former president claimed.

“Immediate rat extermination will solve the problem,” Medvedev said, arguing that the metaphorical pest control should be done by Kiev’s Western backers, including the US.

Russia has repeatedly warned that Ukraine could have plans to develop a dirty bomb – a relatively low-tech device that combines radioactive materials and conventional explosives and is capable of contaminating a large area.

In June 2024, Russian Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov – who Moscow claims was assassinated in a Ukrainian plot – said Kiev was importing spent nuclear fuel and hazardous chemical waste under the guise of industrial use. He suggested that these materials could be repurposed for a radiological weapon.

Zelensky has suggested that Ukraine’s security could be guaranteed either by a nuclear arsenal, or NATO membership, though officials in Kiev insist that there are no plans to develop nuclear weapons.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Moscow will not allow Ukraine to acquire nuclear weapons under any circumstances. “If the country which we are essentially at war with now becomes a nuclear power, what do we do? In this case, we will use all, I want to emphasize this, precisely all means of destruction available to Russia,” he warned in November.

Zelensky should cut back on his cocaine use, stop listening to western IC controlling him. He really should have left the country before the US election, or earlier it was obvious Western press stopped praising him and criticizing some of his actions in early 2024. After his public feud with Trump and how well the negotiations started with US and Russia, Trump will know Russia wouldn’t be to blame

Ukrainians respond to Trump’s ‘Zelensky dictator’ claims

Nobody can force Kiev to “give up” the fight against Russia, Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga has said (Kek)

Ukrainian officials have rushed to defend Vladimir Zelensky after US President Donald Trump branded him “a dictator.”

The public feud between Trump and Zelensky escalated on Wednesday, when the US president called Zelensky “a dictator without elections” and accused him of tricking Washington to funnel aid into “a war that couldn’t be won.”

He also claimed that Zelensky is doing “a terrible job” and is “not going to have a country left” unless he reaches a ceasefire deal with Russia.

Several prominent politicians, including those who have criticized Zelensky’s government in the past, spoke out in his defense. In a post on X, Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga wrote that Ukraine “withstood the most horrific military attack in Europe’s modern history.” (Really, WWII doesn’t account for anything?)

“The Ukrainian people and their President Zelensky refused to give in to Putin’s pressure,”he stated. “Nobody can force Ukraine to give up.”

“We can like or dislike Zelensky. We can condemn his actions or applaud them. Because he is OUR president,” Boris Filatov, the mayor of Dnepr, Ukraine’s fourth-largest city, wrote on Facebook. He argued that neither the US nor Russia “have any right to badmouth” Zelensky.(oh really you mean like all of Ukraine and EU badmouthing Trump is OK then? They are not helping themselves)

Although Zelensky’s five-year presidential term expired in May 2024, no new elections have been called due to martial law. Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that he no longer considers Zelensky to be the legitimate leader. Trump claimed on Tuesday that Zelensky’s approval rating is at 4% and suggested that an election should be called.

Zelensky responded by citing a presidential poll that has him at 57%. “If somebody wants to replace me right now, it will not happen,” he said. His popularity skyrocketed to 90% during the first months of the conflict with Russia in 2022, but has since decreased due to mounting losses on the battlefield and problems with the economy.

In an interview on NBC News earlier this month,Zelensky stressed that Ukraine has a “low chance to survive” without American help. US Vice President J.D. Vance warned Zelensky on Wednesday that, by “badmouthing” Trump, he would not do himself any favors.

(Well Ukraine are almost out of weapons, and no more are coming from US. Ukraine didn’t start this war, it was the US and EU. They can yell all they want, it won’t help. Standing by Z is a bad strategy, these people misunderstands the power of Trump as President, he is not fake Joe Bidan. They underestimate Trump’s authority and his Cabinet’s power.)

Trump 200% right to call Zelensky ‘dictator without elections’ — Medvedev

Medvedev also called Zelensky a "bankrupt clown"

MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump is 200% right to call Vladimir Zelensky a "dictator without elections," Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said.

"’A dictator without elections, Zelensky better move fast or he is not going to have a country left.’If you'd told me just three months ago that these were the words of the US president, I would have laughed out loud. Donald Trump is 200% right," Medvedev wrote on his X page, calling Zelensky a "bankrupt clown."

Earlier, the US president criticized Zelensky for refusing to hold presidential election in Ukraine, calling him a "dictator without elections."

Russian President Vladimir Putin has previously pointed to the illegitimacy of Zelensky, who calls himself head of state. The Ukrainian constitution does not provide for the postponement of presidential elections during martial law, which is the pretext used by Kiev to refuse to hold the vote. Thus, Zelensky's powers expired on May 20, 2024.

It’s really something to get Medvedev laugh, I bet Putin and a lot of other leaders are enjoying this comedy, Trump always has a point and a unique way of saying it.
