The anons voted overwhelmingly in approval in the straw poll for allowing the bakers to use tripcodes which would eliminate the need for BO or BV vetting.
If a baker proved unworthy the TC is easily removed from the whitelist

I DO care about the quality of the notables
I do care that diggers are discouraged by bad bakers who do not include valuable legit digs in the notables
I do care about bakers who shit up the dough

I'm sick and tired of anons deliberately misunderstanding and misinterpreting what I've posted.
If you like it the way it is
with no way for independent tracking of which baker baked which bread, then keep it this way.
