Not a lawyer and probably don't understand the Constitution any better than you do. But am old like your uncle and can concur that EO's are thought by many of us older conspiracy realists to be unconstitutional. However, am in complete agreement with your assessment/rebuttal – that is, under the Trump presidency. Not so with Hussein, GW, WJC, etc. Sigh…it's fighting fire with fire, I guess.
