Many say the LAPD and Malibu police are really corrupt. Go directly to the FBI!
Malibu is policed by the LA Sheriff's Department. It's a place of punishment for those deputies that were too aggressive against their civilian counterparts, or did something to piss off a sergeant. They're usually decently good at keeping outsiders out, but that's it.
