Exactly. She's been very specific and has named names since the beginning. She and others RT'ing her tweets have added Hanks' @ handle to the tweets, so that he has received them. Nearly 8 months has gone by and NO ONE has sued her, NO ONE has publicly denied anything she's posted.
That she hasn't been sued is very telling.

That's exactly the point. She's been accusing him openly and publicly with her name and photo out there for everyone to see on Twitter for a LONG TIME. You may only have just heard about this/her, but she's been accusing him in writing online for a long time.

All this time and he hasn't sued her nor has he issued a statement of denial. Has anyone in his family spoken out about this? Any of his friends rallied around him to publicly denounce this? No.
THAT speaks volumes. If he tried to sue her, that would open it all up for examination/ discovery under oath. It's looking more and more like he isn't because he doesn't DARE.
PS: It's not like no one has clued him in either. People have been RT'ing her tweets and putting "@tomhanks" on it so it gets sent to his Twitter. He must be inundated with people sending this to him.
