I did a little research on the Vitruvian man and the meaning. It was the form of the human as on conjunction with Architecture.

I wanted to note that the Shriners Vitruvian is not the original form but one used later on. This form was used exclusivly by the Shriners, a sect of the Freemasons.

The Shriners members have been known for their children's hospitals. However, many members have been prosecuted for Child pornography and worse. The bunny ears logo of the "Vitruvian Bunny" which is what the T-shirt is called on their webpage takes the form of the Shriners Vitruvian and not the original.
