This is what I have so far in terms of the Heather O'Rourke investigation.
Contains every incident of molestation mentioned in the blinds along with the most likely suspects in the incidents.
Found the script for the very episode Heather was in. Image 44 in that link in the thread shows the exact date of the TBS incident that eventually led to her death…..11/7/1986.
Note that Heather's health problems started about 2 months AFTER that incident.
