According to what Pam said at the start of proceedings, it wasn’t a bible that Kash swore on, but a “Gita” (abbreviation for Bhagavad Gita). Not sure if there are any legal implications for the words “so help me God” at the end of the oath, given that Hinduism is a polytheistic religion. Probably doesn’t, but don’t know for sure.
