Patriotism not inspired by the governor, but from the one-time win of a hockey game that their media is milking for all its worth up their to reinforce that small scrap of patriotism that quickened their hearts. It doesn't feel like real patriotism, it's part artificial in feel.
And it's like the current state of Canadian patriotism is not based upon love of country, but for one-upping the U.S. and getting back at Trump for tariffs. They even changed the lyrics of their national anthem because of POTUS Trump. Perhaps that's why it feels artificial. Actually, superficial patriotism would be a more accurate description.
Is there any contrary opinion in their mainstream media? Everything I find is in lockstep.

Quiet, Simple Legion. The only friends you have are the sockpuppets you fire up to talk to yourself. How sad is it that you're so fuckin' evil that you have to pretend you have friends?
Generic clowns with generic gimmicks trying to find relevance off of what others have made or established. Deep state failures reduced from posting images of ominous menace to posting smoking frogs and talking with ebonics baby speak and imitating the people that criticized the retarded and evil nature of their divide and conquer narrative. So fuckin' hilarious how this all worked out.
