Gang Robs Entire NYC Subway Train… Then Walks Free

A gang of teen criminals recently invaded an NYC subway train, armed with a knife, baseball bat and pieces of wood, and went car to car looking for their next target. The gang’s faces were uncovered; they are bold because there are little to no consequences for committing many serious crimes in New York City, due to soft-on-crime ‘criminal justice reform’ laws. Minors are prevented from being sent to prison in many cases, even for violent crimes. The gang may be affiliated with Tren de Aragua, the Venezuelan prison gang that recruits members inside migrant shelters.

The NYPD has a budget of $5.8 billion, but without prosecuting and incarcerating individuals, criminals are protected and crime will continue to spike. The bad progressive Democrat laws need to change.

Texas: Soros-Funded DA Blows Deadline to Indict 2 Alleged Killers who Were Freed on Bail

Texas: Two men who have been accused of murder in separate cases have been set free due to a bad state law. Under the law, suspects in jail on a felony charge “must be released either on personal bond or by reducing the amount of bail required” if the state has not brought an indictment in 90 days. A 2021 opinion by the Court of Criminal Appeals said a judge must lower the bail to an amount “that the record reflects the accused can make.”

Travis County District Attorney José Garza, backed by George Soros, blew the deadline to convene grand juries to indict suspected killers Juan Antonio Ramirez and Stephon Morson, who were released after posting very low bail. Ramirez, who is accused of killing someone during a botched drug deal, had his bail reduced from $1 million ot $1. Stephon Morson, who is accused of killing another young man for allegedly cooperating with law enforcement, was release on $200 bail, reduced from an $800,000 bond.
