Is there some expectation or "Plan" that Federal DOGE needs to complete before local DOGE can begin? How can a Local DOGE operation be launched right now in states and localities that do not have a 'Trump' Gov in the State, County or town to push through the local doors?

Id be keen to find/begin ways bottom up to pincer the local and state corruption as Federal DOGE is also working from the top down. The Federal corruption is bad enough, but local corruption is immediate and everyday-life.

The "catch" is that so much of society has forgotten about that, became reliant upon Gov, and now it is functionally 'impossible' to break out unless all at once (and Where can one go geographically/mentally?).
