An anonymous source is reporting that Elon Musk is pondering giving an extra $5,000 to medium and low income households because he knows that much more wasteful spending is to be found especially at the Pentagon.

Our inside anonymous source reported overhearing Elon stating the following to his DOGE team "All of the rich people like myself received PPP loans which should not have happened and will be investigated. So this is one way to level the playing field that has been so slanted for so long".
