Anon's interpretation.

FISA information cannot be obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) because FISA deals with the highest level of classified information.

So how were the documents provided to satisfy Judicial Watch's FOIA request documents in support of the FISA warrants?

They must have been declassified by the President.

Yet they were redacted. So why did the office of the President redact these FISA documents?

Best inference: To protect an ongoing criminal case being prosecuted by Huber.

Because if the information became public too early, defendants might flee; grand juries might be prejudiced and their work invalidated; or criminal juries might be prejudiced, providing defendants with a potential defense against the charges.

The particular redactions give us a clue as to what stage Huber's investigations are in.
