In just the first part, there is a mention of all the top people we're talking about now and then a Lord Palmerston from a century or two ago as the BIG KAHUNA.

That might be our [P], though Payseur is interesting as well. You'll have to listen for the context. THAT SAID, Palmerston today is the nickname of the British Foreign Office. My new running hypothesis, after watching this video is a legitimate possibility.

But now, check out this article from early this morning. Hidden meaning, maybe a threat of the Foreign Office on the PM…maybe already happened. It's certainly not just about a deadly cat and a lame duck.
