Damn, our govt is stupid. That Epstein letter from the DoJ is digitally signed. It's specifically a SharePoint signature. That means, anyone willing to risk a felony can get anythign they want.
Also, any signature can be removed and placed on another document using Adobe Publisher. Don't ask me why Adobe has the power to that, but it does. Once you recompile and save it, SharePoint has no idea you changed the body of the letter.
How do I know? Tried it in the military, w/permission and successfully issued myself a 2 day pass that processed through the system w/out any issues. Command was freaked out because they had already bought into this whole digital signature bullshit.
