USAID blew millions on literal ‘pet projects’ in Ukraine
The agency allocated Ukrainian luxury fashion businesses a total of roughly $733,000, a “custom carpet manufacturer” a $2 million grant, and a “specialty biscuit and confectionery company” around $678,000, the outlet said.
“Literal pet projects” such as a “dog collar manufacturer” company and a “pet tracking app” firm were handed $300,000 each, the newspaper said.

I wouldn't waste time on any photos from behind glass. Easy to fake stuff using reflections.

Like I've said, orbs move around the sky like remotely controlled computer mouse pointers. They reflect back sunlight like they are absorbing/redirecting and playing around with it. Light/reflection serves as a beacon for the observer on the ground NOT propulsion. There is instead some kind of magnetic tethered beam like remote control occurring. This tether is visible when they chose to make it so.

Look, I've NEVER, EVER, seen a fucking egg or any of these objects leave a contrail. PERIOD.
I also stay away from night photos. Dots of light in the dark don't usually give us useful data.
